Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to provide an efficient administration and data input support service within our Quote Generation Unit. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration and clerical support for the department.
  • Input data accurately and in a timely manner on PC and maintain records efficiently.
  • Run financial reports as required and upload to the database.
  • Liaise with sales representatives regarding applications.
  • Carry out general office duties, and any other reasonable tasks, as required by the  Manager.

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent PC and Keyboard skills
  • Touch typist with proven track record and experience (60-80 wpm) preferable.
  • Ability to carry out general administration and clerical tasks to excellent standards
  • Ability to maintain files and records accurately
  • Experience in organising own workload efficiently
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Understand and execute detailed instructions
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
