1997 was a good year...
Manchester United won the league title, Tony Blair became Prime Minister and Harry Potter was a literary phenomenon for the first time.
And in 1997 Premier Guarantee was launched! We’re celebrating our 25th birthday this year.
From a one-person business operating from a converted barn (irony alert – we don’t cover barn conversions!), we now work for builders and developers across the UK and beyond.

There were 36 staff at Premier Guarantee when I joined in 2005 and now there are more than 400.
From day one, it was evident the company was going places; you could sense it. The culture was right and the attitude was beyond positive, resulting in exponential growth which was largely organic.
None of that has changed, and that’s why Premier Guarantee is now the second largest provider of structural warranties in the UK. With HSB now behind us, we're going to do great things.
Our Risk Management Surveyors and dedicated account managers have worked on hundreds, if not thousands, of developments during their careers with Premier Guarantee.
