A Private Rental Warranty provides cover against latent defects that occur during the cover period of up to 12 years once the build is complete. The policy is fully assignable to future owners of the building and unlike a collateral warranty there is no need to prove fault or liability, meaning issues can be efficiently resolved.
To support transparency when it comes to selecting a structural warranty provider we will issue Insurance Product Information Documents (IPID) for all warranty schemes with any new quotation. Click here to view the IPIDs for our PRS Warranty.
