WHAT IS A PRIVATE RENTAL SCHEME (PRS) WARRANTY?

A Private Rental Warranty provides cover against latent defects that occur during the cover period of up to 12 years once the build is complete. The policy is fully assignable to future owners of the building and unlike a collateral warranty there is no need to prove fault or liability, meaning issues can be efficiently resolved.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

1. GET A QUOTE AND ORDER

Discuss your project with our dedicated Account Manager, Mike Hobson, and receive your quote and finalise order.

2. PLAN REVIEW

Our team of specialists will review your designs and provide reports with constructive advice for meeting the requirements of our Technical Manual.

3. CONSTRUCTION

Get a minimum of 5 site inspections depending on speed of programme and complexity of build.

4. COMPLETION

Risk Management Surveyor will sign off your development once all requirements are met and release your Certificate of Insurance (COI).

5. COVER

Following your certificate of insurance rest knowing your development is covered from day one.
