Our Completed Housing Warranty has been designed for completed properties which are less than ten years old and were built without the benefit of having a Structural Warranty in place.
Cover is provided for the balance of 10 years. For example, if you require cover for a six-year-old property, you would receive four years of cover.

Financial limits up to £750,000 (New Build £750,000, Conversion £350,000)
Additional costs, professional fees, removal of debris and alternative accommodation
To support transparency when it comes to selecting a structural warranty provider, we will issue Insurance Product Information Documents (IPID) for all warranty schemes with any new quotation. This is a standardised document summarising insurance cover making it easier to compare providers.
