Stonebond has been named Developer of the Year at the Premier Guarantee 2025 Excellence Awards for the second consecutive year.

The ceremony took place at the prestigious Nobu Hotel in London where the industry gathered to celebrate the very best in housebuilding.

Hosted by Colin Murray, with entertainment from Abondoman, the afternoon brought together more than 200 attendees from builders and developers from across the UK.

There was huge anticipation in the grand ballroom as finalists were unaware of who the winners were before what was Premier Guarantee’s largest awards ceremony to date.

Stonebond Chief Operating Officer Peter Williams said that the Developer of the Year accolade was an honour.

He said: “We are honoured to have been named Premier Guarantee’s Developer of the Year for the second consecutive year.

“This prestigious accolade reflects the unwavering dedication of our team, the strength of our partnerships, and the consistently high standards delivered across all Stonebond developments.”

Peter continued: “Following our success in receiving four Excellence Awards in 2024, replicating this achievement in 2025 reinforces Stonebond’s ongoing commitment to our partners and our customers.

“We remain focused on delivering high-quality, affordable and private homes and are proud to continue being the developer of choice within our sector”

Stonebond also boasted the Site Manager of the Year with Ben Tunney taking the award for his stellar work at the Linmere A development in Bedfordshire.

Ben said: “I’m incredibly proud to have won both regional and national awards, as well as Social Housing Development of the Year.

“These achievements mean so much because they represent years of hard work, consistency and dedication.

“I couldn’t be happier to see that effort recognised and I hope these awards inspire others to keep striving for excellence in everything they do.”

A brand new award was introduced to the programme for 2025 – the ‘By Your Side’ Award – for services to colleagues, teammates and the wider community.

Such was the quality of the nominations for this award, judges decided to  split it into two categories – the ‘Construction Champion’ and ‘Community Champion’.

The ‘Construction Champion’ was Stephen Patey from Crest Nicholson and the ‘Community Champion’ was Jack Collins from Cameron Hall Homes.

Premier Guarantee Commercial Director Boyd Hackett heralded the event and winners.

"A huge congratulations to all the winners, particularly Stonebond who, for the second year running, took away the prestigious Developer of the Year award - an outstanding achievement."

Each award on the night recognised the extraordinary contribution of individuals and organisations who go above and beyond in shaping better communities and advancing standards in the new homes construction industry.
