Major Projects Service
Across almost 30 years, we have worked in partnership on some of the most complex major projects in the UK.
We understand that the more complex a project is, the more specialist support is needed. Developed specifically for buildings that are six storeys and over, our Major Projects service offers you specialist underwriting for your projects.
Our experienced Major Projects Team will support you on the ground offering expert guidance and support from the design stage the entire way through to sign off on all technical issues that affect high-rise construction.
Early Engagement Consultancy
Our Early Engagement Consultancy offers a technical review on your high-rise projects at the early design stage, giving you confidence that your plans meet warranty standards in alignment with your Gateway 2 submission to the regulator.
This service means you can bring the timing of your design review forward without the obligation and upfront premiums of having to secure your warranty first.

System acceptance
As part of our warranty application process, developers and builders must ensure that the systems they use on site are accepted by us in line with the requirements of our Technical Manual.
Using systems that are not approved by Premier Guarantee may lead to lengthy delays onsite.
Road and sewer bonds
One of the more specialist services provided by Premier Guarantee to builders and developers is a road and sewer bond.
They become relevant for most developments that require the construction of new roads and sewers, and are often requested from the developer by the local authority or water board.

Consumer codes
It remains a requirement of our warranty service that you adhere to a code of practice: either through membership of the Consumer Code for Homebuilders or via active registration with the New
Homes Quality Code.
One of the benefits of your registration with Premier Guarantee is that it automatically gives you membership of the Consumer Code for Home Builders (CCHB).
