How the service works
1. Appointment
Your project team is assembled based on your project needs. Your team will include a Major Projects Manager, Structural Engineer and Facades Manager.
2. Initial design meeting
We assess design documents and details of proposed products against warranty requirements. Any areas in need of remedy to attain warranty compliance will be raised and recorded in the design report to support a ‘Golden Thread’ approach.
3. Monthly design meetings
Monthly design meetings with your design team will occur once per month, addressing issues raised in the design report and record any new areas of concern.
4. Final review
As you progress to construction, the final design review report will be finalised and shared with you. This report will ensure all identified issues have been addressed. It is also a chance to share final design review, and detail all reports and meeting notes.
5. Warranty cover
If you decide to cover your project with a Premier Guarantee warranty, your report will be shared with your Major Project inspection team for a smooth process into the construction stage.
