System acceptance for builders and developers
Builders and developers that wish to use MMC on a site covered by Premier Guarantee should first consult the system acceptance register, below, in case the system has already been approved.
Your Premier Guarantee application will also ask you if you’re using MMC on your project, and you will be asked to submit details on those system and their intended use while seeking a warranty.

The system acceptance process
Premier Guarantee’s system acceptance process is comprehensive, investigating all aspects of a proposed system before it gains acceptance.
That includes the system’s design, manufactuer, storage, transportation, erection and more.
To be approved for use on a Premier Guarantee site, a system will be tested against a variety of areas, such as:
- Moisture resistance
- Weather tightness
- Structural capacity
- Durability
- Compliance with warranty standards
- Factory quality certifications
- Trade accreditations from manufacturers

What Premier Guarantee approval really means
The Premier Guarantee system acceptance review is comprehensive. However, it is not a third-party accreditation.
System acceptance allows a system to be used on Premier Guarantee sites under approved circumstances.
This does not constitute approval for any use outside of a site covered by Premier Guarantee.

Fees for system acceptance
Fees charged for an system acceptance application will vary based on the type of the system being submitted for approval. A smaller annual fee is also due for systems to renew their Premier Guarantee system acceptance credentials.
