Course overview
The course will be delivered onsite looking at what you should be inspecting before asking the surveyor to pass off the pre-plaster works and the final inspection.
We will look at benchmarking the quality we expect to see on site and discuss the standards that we required using our current Premier Guarantee Technical Manual.
The course will look at:
- What we inspect when carrying out a pre-plaster inspections
- Looking at good and bad practices we currently see onsite
- What we inspect when carrying out handover inspections
- Looking at external finishes and internal finishes
