Course overview
This one-day session will highlight the areas of high risk that we see from our low value schemes both from our inspection data and claims data.
The session will help to raise the quality of on site workmanship and raise the reputation of the completed build in these risk areas.
We will be looking at the requirements to raise the on site quality of workmanship that you should be benchmarking before signing off work that you believe meets the required standards. This should then lead to the work being signed off as acceptable by our surveyor.
We will look look at and discuss good and bad details that we see on site during our inspections.
