- Single unit conversion: £250,000
- Continuous structure new build: £25,000,000
- Continuous structure conversion: £5,000,000
High Value Scheme - £25,000,000 policy limit (higher limit available on request)
What does our social housing cover include?
- Alternative accommodation
- Additional costs/fees
- Machinery cover (Does not apply to High Value Scheme)
- Removal of debris
- Contaminated land
- 'Right to acquire' warranty extension (Does not apply to High Value Scheme)
