It has been confirmed that Premier Guarantee has achieved registration with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to operate as a registered building control approver (RBCA).
All building control approved inspectors must have been registered by the BSR by April 6th 2024 in order to continue their work.
As an RBCA, Premier Guarantee’s building control team are able to continue their history of commitment to upholding building standards up and down the UK.
Premier Guarantee employ competent, qualified and knowledgeable building control professionals with experience of Building Regulations compliance on a wide range of construction projects.
Current and future customers can be assured that when using Premier Guarantee for their project, they are adding specialist skills and dedication.
Premier Guarantee Director of Building Control Natalia Thomas-Alvarez said the registration was testament to the hard work of her team.
