Tell us when building work Is due to start

Use this form to notify Premier Guarantee Building Control that building work is about to begin. The notification must be provided by the person carrying out the work at least two working days before work starts.

Tell us when building work has commenced

Use this form to notify Premier Guarantee Building Control when building work has reached the regulatory definition of commencement. The notification must be submitted within five working days of commencement.
