    Depending on the tenure of your development we have a structural warranty and building control solution to suit you. All of our structural warranties can be used in combination for mixed use developments.
    Discuss your project with your dedicated account manager and receive a bespoke quotation based on the complexity of your build.
    Our experienced Risk Management Surveyors will support you throughout the build, assisting you in meeting building control and warranty standards.
    On completion of your final site inspection, you will receive a Certificate of Insurance which proves to mortgage providers that your development is sufficiently covered.
    Our proactive Dispute Resolution Service team will process your homeowner defect concerns in a prompt and effective manner during the first Defects Insurance Period.

    Talk to us about your project before purchasing our warranty or building control product.
    Once an application is made we will let you know what additional information is required and any issues there may be with the design.
    If you make an application and are imminently starting onsite, we will accelerate the plan checking of your application.
    Once site works have started, we work with you and inspect on a regular planned basis so the certification and build process progress smoothly.
    On passing your final inspections, your Certificate of Insurance and building control certificate is released.
