New Victoria, Manchester is one of nationwide placemaker, Muse’s flagship neighbourhoods in the North West, that's repurposing a key area adjacent to Manchester Victoria train station into a vibrant new residential community.
From the very outset Premier Guarantee and VINCI Building worked collaboratively through the design process which led to a smooth introduction to site operations.
By undertaking trade specific quality workshops with the Premier Guarantee team, we were able to schedule the visits to maximise the benefit of their expertise. Our surveyors, Luke (Simpson) has become a valued member of the team and his visits contribute to the success of the project.

The first phase, which was funded by Pension Insurance Corporation in a £130m deal in 2020, will create 520 new homes over two 20 and 25-storey towers respectively, alongside ground-floor retail and stunning public spaces.
New Victoria benefits from being in an unparalleled location, close to the city’s premier retail and leisure amenities, and has been supported by Network Rail, Manchester City Council and Homes England.
