Book an initial meeting with your business development manager where you can discuss technical and underwriting requirements.
We offer a no obligation design review as part of our service. We'll meet with your design team to review your designs at proposal stage. This ensures your designs are compliant before construction begins, minimising site delays. These reviews will continue throughout the build to make sure sign off is on schedule with the construction programme.
Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to gather all information for your bespoke quotation. Our specialist underwriting can offer cover that exceeds the historical industry standard cover limit of £25 million.
Site inspections begin at foundation stage and will occur at each major construction phase. You will supported throughout by your Major Project Manager and surveyor. Consultant inspections, including structural engineering team and façade engineers will take place as required.
We will continue to review design and site progress throughout the build period with review meetings held with all partners at 1/3 and 2/3 completion points. You will be given access to your live Progress Dashboard, which at a glance provides all appropriate parties clarity on the status and progress of your site against the technical audit.
Certificate of Insurance is issued once the building has met all the sign off requirements. Cover begins at this point. Our free Dispute Resolution Service (DRS) allows your homeowner defect concerns to be dealt with in a prompt and effective manner during the Defects Insurance Period.
