A commercial warranty (also referred to as Latent Defects Insurance) protects property owners or developers from the potential of costly defects. Using our commercial building warranty, which is a first party insurance policy, replaces the need for a collateral warranty.
To support transparency when it comes to selecting a structural warranty provider we will issue Insurance Product Information Documents (IPID) for all warranty schemes with any new quotation. View the IPIDs for our Commercial Warranty.
