We feel it’s important to continue to update you on our business continuity plans to both support you and protect our staff as the threat of Covid-19 increases and the Government issues more stringent advice in relation to managing the virus.
We consider site inspection visits as essential and as such will continue to provide this service at this time. You should continue to contact your site surveyor to arrange these and we also ask for your co-operation in advising your surveyor via email of any site closure during this time.
Non-essential meetings will take place via conference or video calls and our Account Management team are on hand to support you in this way.
We have already reduced the number of staff based at our offices and increasing home working facilities across the business. We do not anticipate any disruption to service during this time and are confident that our plans will minimise the impact to you.
Customers can also use the Extranet, which gives an overview of site progress and the ability to print / request certificates, as well as general administration of your order.
